Why Coconut Milk Over Whole Milk ?

Whole Milk is Not the Problem, The whole milk which we get in packet or in Bottle that has the problem.

Whole milk is Taken from cows by forcing them and Large Amount of Toxic Injections are use so They can produce large amount of milk. This cows are grown By using chemeical rich foods and their milk producing capcity is increase By Using Toxic Injections.

Results Of That Milk Produced By that Cow is Not Healthy and not Good for our Babies Devlopement. This Milk Bring lot of diseases with them which affects our body for longer period.

Instead of That Coconut Milk is best Substitue for Cow Milk Which Directly Comes From Mother Nature. This is The Food Which Nature Gives us.

There are so any other options like almond Milk , cashew Milk But they are not That Much Not Economic For everyone. But 1 average size Coconut Gives us 1 Litre Milk which cost us same as bottle Of 1 Litre Whole Milk

Blender. Because coconut is so easy to break down, any blender will suit (especially compared to breaking down nuts for milk).

Cheesecloth or a nut milk strainer Bag If you plan on creating a lot of homemade milk, I highly recommend investing in a nut milk strainer bag. This keeps the pulp contained within the bag and is reusable (plus points!).
